Into the Wild
Into the Wild is a series of 6 events that took place at The Gardens between June and October 2018. The project also included other initiatives involving raising our profile within the local community.
Into the Wild is part of a new £1.25 million Scottish programme of community projects to improve engagement with greenspace in our larger towns and cities. The Green Infrastructure Strategic Intervention is led by Scottish Natural Heritage and is part-funded through the European Regional Development Fund.
Into the Wild will engage with the general public living in the local area and across Glasgow. People of all ages and abilities will engage in arts, horticulture, wildlife, creativity and well-being activities. We want to provide visitors with a clear physical entrance that communicates relevant information to ensure visitors understand our offer to them. We require a communications professional to work with our designer to provide a new enhanced reception area through Tramway.
Specifically, we want to articulate the significance of The Hidden Gardens together with our history and current offer. We want to provide a written story that captures the meaning of The Gardens as well as communicating practical information to our visitors.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and proven experience of delivering similar work.
