‘We are all in the same situation’ is a participatory artwork, co-ordinated by Marie-Claire Lacey, taking place in The Hidden Gardens between November 2020 and February 2021.
At a time when we can’t share space, this opportunity allows us to connect with each other by being in the same place, communicating with one another across time.
While in the space, create a response/message either using social media or in physical form. Your contributions will be part of an exhibition in February where other visitors to the space will be able to view your contribution and share theirs with you.
You can make a sound or video recording and share with @same.situation on social media.
Or bring a pen, paper and art materials you have handy and create a physical contribution. This could be a drawing of what you see, a rubbing from a tree, poetry, a story or anything else…
Find out more about how to take part here and in the Woodland Glade area of the Gardens.
