- Woodland Wellbeing at Mall’s Mire Community Woodland | Tuesdays till 1 December
Times: 2 sessions per day, 10am-12noon, 1pm – 3pm (Please book morning OR afternoon.)
- Shiatsu Group sessions on Zoom | Wednesdays 6 pm – 7 pm
- Mindfulness for Stress – 8 week course on Zoom | Wednesdays 4- 5.30pm, 13 January- 3 March
